Customer Service in Milan

Ok i wouldn't generalize here but customer service isn't that great here especially for those coming from the US. On to a specific case, my friends say 10 people and I got kicked out of a restaurant called Marrakech. My friend and I invited some Italian friends to this restaurant for a change from the regular scene (lounges). It was terrible. Service was none existent. We get there at 8pm and are the only people in but we don't get served for a while. You will think the place was packed. In the end the guy collecting the tab, tries to cheat us and because we try to argue he kicks us out and tells us to never come back. You would have thought we got kick out for strip dancing in the middle of the restaurant. I mean, back home, you can't afford to kick out a large group on no basis. Bad press.
